All products are made to order. Please allow 3-14 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships.

Estimated shipping times vary by location and are provided as a guide only. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and peak shipping periods.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Scape Ink is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Scape Ink is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at scapeinkart@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
